Biography
Emily’s clinical focus will be helping teens (14+) and adults in managing anxiety (general/specific and sports-related), significant life transitions, emotional regulation and coping skills, body-image and self-esteem concerns! Emily also enjoys working with clients to heal previous wounds caused by trauma or other hurts, while also improving their current quality of life so that it more closely mirrors the client's goals. She is excited to get started and join you on your journey towards health and wellness.
