Biography

Stephanie Alley is a Registered Associate with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Seminary. She has experience with providing coaching, leadership, business marketing, and consulting services across several industries, including tech, mental health, and higher education.
 
She holds a BA from Oklahoma Christian University and is a Certified Professional Behavior and Motivations Analyst (CPBA, CPMA) who is trained in trauma intervention, team dynamics, and group processing.
 
Also an Adjunct Professor at Warner Pacific University, Stephanie is passionate about employing her unique gifts to contribute to the development of youth and adults to make a positive impact on their communities.

Stephanie is a life-long student of music, history, and literature. She currently lives in the Portland area with her husband and two little dogs. When she is not busy working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, outdoors, scouting for elk, and foraging mushrooms in the hills of the Northwest.
